Soft wash, never high pressure

Roof Cleaning

Moss roots into the seams between shingles and holds water there, and in this climate that trapped moisture is what lifts shingles and rots the decking underneath. Pressure washing strips the granules off shingles and forces water under them, so we soft wash instead, killing the moss, algae, and lichen at the root without touching the shingle surface. A zinc treatment along the ridge keeps new growth from taking hold.

Benefits of our roof soft wash:

  • Kills moss, algae, and lichen at the root, not just the surface
  • 2-year warranty against regrowth, backed by zinc treatment
  • Safe for asphalt shingle, tile, cedar, and composite roofs
  • Roof blow-offs to clear needles and debris from valleys and gutters

House Washing

The black streaks and green film on your siding aren't dirt, they're algae and mildew feeding on the surface and holding moisture against it. High pressure drives water behind vinyl and strips paint off wood, so we soft wash instead, killing the growth chemically at low pressure and rinsing it clean. The siding comes clean and nothing gets forced where it shouldn't be.

  • Vinyl, wood, cedar, stucco, and Hardie board
  • Removes black streaks, algae, and mildew
  • Protects your paint and prevents moisture rot
  • Solutions that won't burn plants or harm pets

Window Cleaning

The reason windows still look bad after a cheap cleaning is the frames, tracks, and sills nobody touched, so the first rain pulls that dirt back onto the glass. We clean the whole window, using water-fed poles with purified water for second-story and skylight glass so it dries spot-free, and squeegees at ground level. Everything we use is tint-safe.

  • Interior and exterior glass
  • Tracks, screens, and sills cleaned, not skipped
  • Purified water for spot-free second-story and skylight glass
  • Solar panels cleaned on request

Pressure Washing

There's a right amount of pressure for a concrete driveway and a very wrong amount for pavers or soft brick, where too much etches the surface or blows the sand out of the joints. We match the method to what we're cleaning, high pressure and a surface cleaner for flatwork, gentler techniques for pavers and brick, so you get an even finish with no wand marks or stripes.

  • Concrete, pavers, brick, and natural stone
  • Driveways, sidewalks, entryways, and pool decks
  • Patios, decks, and outdoor furniture pads
  • Storefronts, walkways, and multi-unit properties
